Iganmode day is here again with on - going ogsg covid-19 vaccination at Olota's palace
Keeping to its promises Ogun state government through the ministry of Health has kicked-off vaccination exercise at Olota's palace with massive turn out of residents through out the nooks and crannies of the area.
The chairman, Media and Publicity committee,Erelu Kafayat Adeola Orisile, made this confirmation on Tuesday in a press briefing with some journalists at Olota's palce in Ota adding that the vaccination exercise kicks-off today, 7th December till 14th, December to commemorate 2021 odun Omo Iganmode festival.
"The event started at exactly 10am when the Vice Chairman odun Omo Iganmode central planning committee ,Erelu Adenike Akindele-Eleku delivered the welcome address. The opportunity was brought to our doorstep at Olota’s royal Palace, we therefore, urge the people of Otta and environs to size the moment and get vaccinated in line with the Ogun state government’s directive on COVID 19 preventive measures," Eleku said.
Commending Ogun State Government led by Prince Dapo Abiodun, the chairman CPC Odun Omo IGANMODE, describe the present administration as being responsible and responsive to the yearning and welfare of the residents.
He further stated that

He however added that the vaccination exercise presume the beginning of the week long odun Omo Iganmode festival which commences from13th to 19th, December 2021.
"It is gaining momentum as we had over 150 people who got vaccinated as at press time . All is geared towards a successful hosting of the festival tagged, Culture: A module for sustainable Leadership in Nigeria", he said.
